Celery for the home garden! Thin stalks that are more aromatic and flavorful than standard celery, so a little goes a long way. It looks like a sturdier clump of Italian parsley. No need to blanch so it's easy to grow; just cut back occasionally as younger stalks have best flavor. Great as a garnish or dry the leaves for winter use, necessary ingredient for soups and stews. Grow in full sun and keep well watered.
