Donna Willing never stands still. Whether it’s planting, training new co-workers, organizing plants, or putting together containers, she is always fast and efficient.

She’s been doing it for 16 years now and shows few signs of slowing down. When asked what her favorite part of working at Ebert’s is, she says, “Planting. Love it! And of course all the friendly customers I see every day after we open!” Donna is married and has two step-sons, and two grandchildren.

In her free time, Donna works in her extensive flower, vegetable, and herb gardens as well as caring for numerous containers. Additional hobbies include reading, fishing, and cooking.

Fun fact: Christmas of 2020, Donna baked 31 different varieties of cookies.
