Sara Weinkauf

Annual Specialist

Sara Weinkauf specializes in designing and planting custom potting orders. She is also a big part of planting and trimming and other aspect of growing annual flowers throughout the year. This includes planting specialty combinations for fall containers with mums, asters, ornamental millet, pansies, and purple fountain grass. She can also be found in and around the Gift Shop on busy days packing and counting plants for guests.

Sara is excited about being with the Ebert's family a second time after several years working with the grounds crew at Carroll University. Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and three daughters, Addison and twin daughters Cecilia and Olivia. She enjoys baking sweet treats, taking walks with the girls, feeding the ducks, and teaching the girls about flowers.
