Grower

Scott is in his tenth year at Ebert’s. He brings his extensive flower and plant knowledge to the Village. He is currently part of th grow team. From production to when the plants are ready for sale--whether it's water, trimming, spacing, or controlling pests, he is part of all aspects of growing the beautiful plants. One of his favorite parts of the job is helping customers - going above and beyond to make sure each guest gets the right plant for the right area. He helps ensure that the colors, textures, and light needs match the area they'll be planted in.

He can be seen helping customers and helping improve the buildings and grounds at Ebert’s. His vivid imagination, colorful descriptions, and never ending fountain of stories keep co-workers and guests entertained by the hour. Scott loves working at the Greenhouse. “It has a great reputation as a family business and the people I work with are great,” he says. Most of his free time is devoted to riding one of his many cycles. He is also an outdoor fanatic, a music buff, and a motorcycle enthusiast.
