“Business owners that treat their team members like family and take pride in their contribution to the community and green industry,” muses Jesse as he reflects on what brought him to Ebert’s and why he stays. Over the years he has shared his many talents in every area of the Village. Although he enjoys many specific tasks, what he enjoys most about his role is the ability to help out in so many areas of the business.  He is instrumental in building and vehicle maintenance, production, landscaping the grounds, and overseeing the various ongoing projects. His kind, gentle manner is loved by those who visit Ebert’s and his fellow team members alike and he is often sought out for his shrewd wisdom and sharp wit.

His involvement at church, volunteering and spending time with family and being outdoors are what Jesse enjoys most in his free time.
