At Ebert’s Greenhouse Village, your enthusiasm, hard work and contributions to our work are a valued asset. While the team atmosphere at Ebert’s is very supportive and what we accomplish is incredibly rewarding, the work itself is often not easy. Working at Ebert’s requires a great deal of physical activity. You will be asked to work in a variety of weather conditions that are at times uncomfortable, tasks can be repetitive, and more than likely, you’ll get dirt under your nails. You may be asked to lift up to 50 pounds or work with people whose views differ from yours. In addition, our guests are the nicest people in the world, but sometimes they have bad days too and you will be asked to always behave courteously and with kindness. We are committed to providing you with a safe and friendly work environment where you are encouraged to share your thoughts and ideas freely as we continue to build the many aspects of our premier garden center.
